Visit Sucre, city tour half day, Bolivia

As the Colonial “white” city of Sucre has so much temples and old wooden balcony houses, we only visit the most important ones. We will see a lot of it on the way, because we will go walking in the old center.

First we pick you up from your hotel and visit the following places:

Main Square (Plaza 25 de Mayo).  It is located in the center of the city. We walk around the square watching the outside of the main buildings as the Hall, the House of Liberty, and Prefecture of the department and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Afterwards we go to ASUR.

Indigenous Textile Museum ASUR, where you can see all kind of weavings of different Bolivian cultures. Also you have the opportunity to see skillful weavers demonstrating the techniques to manufacture indigenous textiles. Then we go walking to “La Recoleta”.

La Recoleta, it is a historical place because the city was founded there and it is the highest part of the city so you have a wonderful view from the city.

Back to the hotel at 12:00 approx.
